As part of the Spring Fling, we will have booth space available for rental.

Booths are available to artists, crafters, food stands/trucks, and service providers. For those businesses that require exclusivity, eligibility will be determined by first money/application received.  “Word of mouth” or email confirmation will not hold your spot.  The Kiwanis Club of Ahwatukee will determine the eligibility of each vendor.

The event will be advertised in the Ahwatukee Foothills News, the Arizona Republic, on social media as well as with community flyers.

The space provided will be 11’ x 11’ in size.  Reserved spaces may be available for some Sponsor Levels. Others will be assigned on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibitors are to provide their own set-up materials for the booth.  No electricity or canopies or chairs or tables are provided. No vehicles are allowed on the grass or in the vendor area. The entry fee starts at $75 ($45 for non-profits). We anticipate a deadline of March 31st. Fees may be paid online or by check and mailed. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
